Education Program Coordinator

Mouvement Social is looking for a Education Program Coordinator. It is a fundamental position, the key role of the Education Program Coordinator is accountable to participate at the designing, implementing, monitoring and reporting of high quality education projects for thousands of vulnerable children across the country.

The Education Program Coordinator has the responsabily to:

1- implement programs with a focus on the most vulnerable,develop needs in collaboration with Head of centers and Advisors

2- Follow up with Head of Centers the proper implementation of  projects , feedback to Advisors about progress assessment, and help at putting corrective measures control quality at program implementation

3- Ensure regular visits to community centers to assess adherence to minimum standards and to provide awarness report and feedback

4-Create program materials, establish staffing requirements, and ensure that program achieved stated objectives.

5- Participate the Advisors at the development of high quality proposals and Concept Notes for programs

6-Ensure that all staff in the area of projects have all the necessity tools to perform their duties

7- Share in the community centers’ Program teams to finalize field operational work plans, establish clear targets and activity plans for each community center

8-Work with field teams to promote and facilitate synergies with other thematic programs

9-Set programs components aimed at supporting Advisors to present to the related line Ministries and UN agencies at the national level

10- Help advisors at developing advocacy messages and materials in the programs

The position is based in Beyrouth and field visits are requiered in Akkar, North, Bekaa, Baalbeck El Hermel, Mount Lebanon, South and Nabatiyeh. 

Requierments for the position are as follow:

-    Bachelor degree in education, or relevant experience in the field of education or project management,
-    Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills,
-    Strong coordination skills,
-    Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills,
-    Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities,
-    Experience in working in a multi-disciplinary environment,
-    Excellent understanding of Lebanon education ecosystem (knowledge in CP is a plus),
-    Good analytical and report writing skills,
-    Developed skills with computer applications including word and Excel in particular,
-    Advanced communication skills,
-    Excellent command for 3 languages written and oral :Arabic, FRENCH  and English
