Mouvement Social is seeking an HR volunteer for its Badaro office for a period of 2 months, with a possibility of an extension based on performance and qualifications.
The HR intern will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digitize all employee files and follow up with staff to provide any missing documents.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and provide clerical support to the HR department.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files and records and ensure integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Assist with posting job ads, screening the long list of CVs in accordance with requirements, and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar.
