Information Technology IT Officer

Position Purpose

Technically Support the remote and blended learning on downloading and using educational applications and platforms  

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise all use of Smart phones, tablet devices, remotely and in the center

Proceed to installation of the applications and platforms (download offline application and creation of students account);

Ensure maintenance of the tablets (charging, storage, need of replacement);

Ensure efficient use of the internet (appropriate router and connection) ; 

Recommend/coach educators and relevant team on best practices for best use of the technicalities of the applications and platform;

Establish access control and permissions for devices and equipment’s;

Answer all troubleshooting calls from the Support Services Manager for MS central Office or/ and other centers.
