  1. Tasks and Responsibilities

The Admin Officer will:

  • Manage the center’s database system;
  • Transfer all data on papers to the system;
  • Create and manage complex spreadsheets;
  • Ensure regular backup of the data;
  • Retrieve data when requested by the Center’s Manager;
  • Organize and archive hard copies of all documents,
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the Center’s Manager;
  • Prepare and maintain accounting & administrative documents and records;
  • Track and restore procurement needs as instructed by the Center’s Manager;

 

 

  1. Required qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration or any related field;
  • At least 1 to 3 years of expertise in the administrative work;
  • Excellent written English and Arabic, French is an asset;
  • Good interpersonal skills, influencing skills and cross-cultural sensitivity;
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Strong networking and coordination skills,
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills,
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities

 

  1. Supervision

The Admin Officer will work under the supervision of the center’s manager and coordinate directly with the field coordinator and program manager.
