Description: 

• Identifying vulnerable children and families in the area
• Sharing information about available services and programs during the outreach activities
• Conducting door-to-door visits and community outreach
• Collecting and entering data from the field into reporting tools and databases
• Reporting field updates and challenges to the team regularly
• Develop and implement an outreach plan that involves community awareness campaigns.

Requested Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Animation, Psychology, or any other equivalent university qualifications.
• At least 2 years of experience on of outreach.
• Good organizational and documentation management skills.
• Knowledge of the functions of community organizations and related human services in the area.
• Ability to ensure confidentiality and privacy with sensitive personal information.
• Good animation skills
