Recruitment Officer

** The recruitment officer will be responsible of the following tasks:

- Posting vacancies after getting appropriate approvals

- Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position

- Summarizing all selected CVs in one document/tool

- Contacting applicants for interviews

- Participating in Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position

- Submit the recruitment report

- Participating in hiring decisions with the HR manager or supervisor or hiring manager

- Participate in the onbaording process
