Responsibilities:

• Capable of adapting teaching methods to student needs and levels
• Uses interactive and age-appropriate teaching tools and materials
• Delivers clear, structured, and engaging sessions
• Assesses student learning through simple tools (exercises, observation)
• Provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Communicates effectively with children 
• Uses creative and play-based approaches where needed 
• Encourages participation, critical thinking, and confidence building 

Duties:

• Strong subject knowledge in English with ability to teach at BLN levels (literacy and numeracy focus for ages 10–14)
• Lesson planning and classroom delivery tailored to multi-level learners
• Classroom management to ensure safe and inclusive learning spaces
• Ability to assess students’ progress through placement tests, pre/post-tests, and continuous evaluation
• Skills in adapting lessons for children with learning difficulties or disabilities
• Use of child-centered and participatory teaching methods
• Integration of play-based, SEL (social emotional learning), and life skills activities into lessons
• Capacity to motivate out-of-school children to re-engage in education

Requirements: 

• Graduate from faculty of pedagogy and/or BA in Maths/English/Arabic
• Preferably to have experience working in Non Formal Education setting,
• Preferably to have experience working with vulnerable children,
• Class management skills,
• Reporting skills,
• Coordination skills,
• Computer skills (data entry, writing, reporting),
