1. Required tasks
- Receive and deliver equipment in accordance with the invoice or the equipment voucher.
- Update the stockpile folder on a monthly basis and submit it to the head of the center
- Prepare the purchase voucher for the needed equipment and material and submit it to the responsible before the middle of the month
- Maintain all equipment placed in the warehouse
- Carry out the centers ‘inventory on an annual basis
- Develop for each center the register of assets and equipment deterioration after coordinating with the HR Officer / the financial and services department
- Label all professional equipment and center assets
- Coordinate with head of centers regarding the receipt and delivery of equipment.
- Participate in the team’s regular meetings to evaluate the work progress
- Participate in the required trainings whether organized in MSL or outside
- Submit a quarterly report to the head of the center/head of services department regarding the work progress
- Submit a quarterly written report regarding the inventory to the HR and Finance Officer / head of the services department

- Commitment to inventory management approaches per time required (attached)
- Compliance with the direct supervisor
- Commitment to the work schedule
- In case of a dispute between the employee and a child, the head of the center intervenes directly
3. Required competencies
- Educational level: a completion of a university degree
- Language: Arabic. Master of a foreign language is highly desired.
- Ability to organize and arrange the equipment
- Ability to update the folders
- Working computer knowledge
- Team player
