Field Officer Job Description Summary We are an organization based at its Training Centre in South Lebanon.  Its vision is to see a more peaceful society.  The overall objective of our projects is to promote and support participation, involvement, leadership and peace conflict resolution… Key Responsibilities: Training Planning Preparation Delivery Evaluation Documentation Personal Development Meet regularly for supervision Identify personal training and development needs Teamwork Support the training and development of others in the team Seek to resolve any conflict in the team as effectively as possible Support youth leader in organizing and reporting on the field. Coordinate field activities  Important Requirments: 1- working hours ( 5 days per week, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 pm till 8:00 pm) 2- Own a car (Car is a must) 3- Able to work in Saida or Tyre or Nabatieh...) 4- Ability to work under pressure Plese send us your cv at comm-care-org@outlook.com
