Monitoring And Evaluation Officer

ToR: Assist in designing and implementing initiatives to strengthen our approach to M&E, including adoption of standardized indicators, indicator tracking tools, and evaluation approaches. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and impact of  activities and complete site visit reports to document findings. Contribute to progress and impact reporting through sharing anecdotes, observations, quotes from partners and beneficiaries, and photographs. Assist in conducting evaluations of grant activities, identifying lessons learned, and sharing lessons with the broader program team. Help design, test, implement and review M&E tools, templates, forms, and data flow mechanisms
