Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Design and Planning:
- Design a comprehensive, hands-on digital marketing training curriculum that introduces key digital marketing fundamentals like social media marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ensure that training content is aligned with current digital marketing trends and tools used in the industry, including platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Analytics.
- Prepare session plans, handouts, assessments, and tools tailored to participants knowledge and skill levels.
- Adapt training content to suit the background and pace of learners.
2. Training Delivery:
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that combine theory with real-world application.
- Focus on practical exercises, real-world case studies, and live campaigns and guide learners in developing and running their digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Adopt a variety of teaching methods, including practical exercises, case studies, and role plays, to enhance understanding.
- Offer one-on-one support when needed.
3. Learner Support and Course Evaluation:
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure participant progress and the effectiveness of the training.
- Prepare up-to-date assessments tools to monitor trainees’ progress and update course content and facilitation accordingly.
- Support participants in preparing final projects or assignments based on their learning.
- Help collect feedback from learners to improve future training.
- Provide constructive feedback to learners on their performance and areas for improvement.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and performance.
4. Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Training Coordinator to align the course with overall training goals and to ensure the consistency and quality of training delivery.
- Participate in occasional meetings or follow-up sessions as requested.
- Contribute to highlighting learner’s progress or success stories as needed.
- Share best practices and insights with colleagues to continuously improve the training process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing (hands-on experience).
• Mastering digital marketing fundamentals including (but not limited to) SEO (using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush), social media marketing, content marketing (with tools like WordPress and Canva), email marketing, PPC advertising (through Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager), etc.
• Prior teaching, training, coaching, or mentoring experience is required.
• Practical experience with NGOs or community-based organizations is a plus.
• Strong portfolio or examples of past work will be considered a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
• Comfortable using various digital marketing tools and platforms and keeping up with the latest trends and tools in the field.
• Have outstanding ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges in digital marketing campaigns and teach learners how to address issues they may face.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Practical and impact-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and good reporting ability.
• Good English and excellent Arabic written and verbal communication skills.
