Key Responsibilities:
1- Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate in the design, development, and proposal phases of the BtG Programme.
- Coordinate and supervise the development of the curriculum, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Introduce methodologies to formulate program learning objectives, module design, and course structure.
- Define course requirements and design templates for various project documents.
- Formalize requirements for the final course participant project.
- Design the structure of the workbook and ensure quality control.
- Supervise the finalization of the curriculum, providing recommendations on presentation and content.
- Perform quality and consistency controls and validations throughout the process.
2- Project Administration:
- Participate in recruitment meetings for instructors and contribute to project launch meetings.
- Attend evaluation and assessment meetings, offering feedback, guidance, and troubleshooting.
- Actively participate in key project meetings, including interactions with external stakeholders.
- Attend course launch, sample course sessions, masterclasses, and participant pitch days.
- Serve as a jury member for participant assessments and evaluations.
3- Project Assessment and Reporting:
- Develop and implement an assessment framework for the BtG Programme.
- Collaborate with instructors to gather and reformulate pre-post questions related to their modules.
- Test questionnaires for effectiveness and clarity.
- Compile and analyze assessment data, providing insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development and writing of project reports, particularly project evaluation sections.
- Offer recommendations for project improvement and future iterations.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (PhD preferable), with a focus on education and curriculum development.
- Extensive experience in curriculum design, assessment methodologies, and academic program development.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high academic standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role within educational or capacity-building programs is preferred.
