Senior Technical Project Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Programme Planning and Strategy:

  • · Develop a comprehensive programme strategy in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
  • · Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • · Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the programme.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:

  • · Collaborate with key stakeholders, including partner organizations, guest speakers, trainers, and participants, to ensure the success of the programme.
  • · Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and organizations.

3. Resource Management:

· Oversee the procurement of necessary materials, services, and resources for the programme.

4. Team Leadership:

  • · Build and lead a high-performing project team.
  • · Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation:

  • · Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to assess the programme's impact.
  • · Regularly review and analyze project data to make informed decisions and improvements.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • · Ensure that the programme maintains high-quality standards in all aspects, including curriculum, training, and participant experience.
  • · Address any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.

7. Reporting and Communication:

  • · Prepare regular reports on project progress for internal and external stakeholders.
  • · Communicate project updates, successes, and challenges effectively.

8. Project Development, Curriculum, and Launch:

· Overseeing the development of programme content, including website design and content, social media content and marketing strategies, outreach, presentations to stakeholders, and design and content of student workbooks.

9. Project Administration:

· Managing day-to-day project organization, scheduling, finances, tutor hiring, contracts, reporting, and internship coordination. Providing coaching and seminars for participants.

10. Project Filming & Marketing:

· Supervising all filming and post-production for promotional and testimonial videos and developing a communication strategy for the programme.

11. Onsite and Course Administration:

  • · Creating document templates, registration procedures, and daily schedules. Providing on-site troubleshooting, quality control, and participant support.
  • · Organizing the BtG Internship Award and all related content.

12. Project Assessment and Finalization:

· Validating evaluations, writing final reports to donor and/or funding organizations, archiving files and media.

 

Qualifications:

  • · Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • · Proven experience in project management, preferably in the field of education or skill development.
  • · Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • · Experience and/or knowledge of the creative industry and a passion for empowering young creatives.
  • · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • · Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
