Membership clerk

  • Deal directly with members either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Assist individuals who are applying for membership, provide information according to AlRiaya’s policies and procedures
  • Obtain and examine supporting documents to determine their acceptability for membership
  • Set up and manage member/group accounts (create, edit, scan, filing, …)
  • Renewal for groups
  • Issue membership cards and generate reports (statements, schedule, cash register, …)
  • Handle, resolve or escalate member/group complaints
  • Handle cash, credit or check transactions with members/groups
  • Issue receipts for members/groups
  • Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct
