Game Developer - LD

Key Responsibilities

• Planning a clear delivery schedule.
• Game design document/wireframe with major gameplay elements, including preliminary sketches and storyline with graphic illustrations.
• At least 3 Piloting sessions with youth.
• Final product delivered with copy of game on USB/DVD for archiving purposes, as well as on Google Play or other distribution channel.
• Coordinating with the gender expert and NCLW team for the content of the game.
• Supporting and providing maintenance to the games. 

Key Competencies

• The organization/consultant firm and its relevant staff members must have at least 6 years of expertise in the design and development of games, animated videos, and software programme development. Experience in developing mobile games for addressing any social issues or developing educational games.
• Experience in designing and marketing online user interface and/or interactive design.
• Evidence of creativity, animation work, and other online games is mandatory.
• Previous experience on gender projects is a plus.
