The Production House will have the following responsibilities:
Kick-off & Creative Development
- Attend an introductory/inception meeting with NCLW to align on the campaign’s purpose, tone, key messages, and expectations.
- Conduct a rapid insight research to suggest audience profiling, messages, channel review, and deliver an insight brief informing the creative route.
- Develop a media plan and timeline, covering preparation, filming, delivery of draft, launch date, platforms, targeting approach, and estimated budget for boosting/dissemination. The plan should include strategies for social media/TVs, and/or complementary channels (e.g., outdoor billboards, print, other digital platforms etc…).
- Develop several distinct campaign concepts and ideas, capturing the key points and objectives, and submit them to the NCLW for review and feedback.
- Prepare 3 draft scripts for the video, effectively conveying the main ideas and messages agreed upon with NCLW
- Present storyboard(s) and creative rationale for the selected script
Pre-production & production
- Provide a detailed work plan including options for actors/VO, cast, filming locations, props, wardrobe, schedule, and scripts in Arabic and English.
- Secure all filming permits and releases; provide a location/casting list; and arrange logistics
- Film per approved storyboard and schedule; ensure professional direction, lighting, cinematography, and sound.
Post-production
- Edit picture and sound; color correction/grade; audio design/mix; etc….
- Select or create original composition/music for the film to ensure legal usage when published online, for all media use by NCLW.
- Ensure the creation of subtitles in both Arabic and English for the final video.
- Produce an LSL (Lebanese Sign Language) version (picture-in-picture inset)
- Design at least 10 visual samples/statics for social media, aligned with the approved campaign concept and video
- Ensure the branding guidelines and visibility requirements of NCLW in the final products.
- Incorporate NCLW comments and feedback through several revision rounds.
Campaign Management, Monitoring & Evaluation
- During the campaign, provide performance snapshots to monitor visibility, reach, and engagement.
- Deliver a post-campaign performance report including final metrics, audience insights, lessons learned, and recommendations for future NCLW campaigns.
