Requirements:

Responsibilities and Tasks:

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate connections with donors about the mentioned activities and projects (preparing reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions).
  • Maintain timely and accurate records and database entries.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate with the staff members of nonprofit organizations to schedule fundraising events.
  • Review and approve applications for charitable donations from potential donors.
  • Tracking donor activity over time to ensure continued interest in the organization’s mission, and encouraging repeat giving through various means such as newsletters or special events.
  • Developing and implementing goals and strategies to increase donations from current donors and attract new donors.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential donors to cultivate interest in and support for the organization’s mission.
  • Events coordination.
  • Coordinate with the executive director or other senior staff members to ensure a successful event.
