Coordinator For The Niscvt “Music Project “

The candidate will be responsible for: 1-    The follow-up and coordination of the Music project  in: -Beirut -Beddawi -Saida 2- Coordination with each of the mentioned center’s director 3- Attending   the Music activity at least once a month in each of the three mentioned areas through field visits. 4-  Checking and follow-up on the main needs and gaps ( logistics , instruments , material , attendance …)  5- Writing  Reports  on the activities  with visual documentation ( photos/ videos) 6- Coordinatiom  with main partners of the projects when needed and upon request through : - Mail exchange  and meetings with teachers - Mail exchange and meetings with partners - Mail exchange and meetings with administrative responsible at the NISCVT  . 7- Coordination between the different components of the projects( instrumental teaching, choir …) 8- Assisting  in organizing residential or daily  workshops for teachers and students and follow-up on logistics , transport of groups… 9- Assisting  in organizing  events relevant to the project 10- Assisting  in organizing  residential or daily  workshops for teachers and students and follow-up on logistics , transport of groups… 11- Follow-up and update of the Community Music project visibility on the  NISCVT social media  pages ( facebook,  website…)    Coordination with local  or international similar projects  and with donors 12-   Reporting , analyzing data, and identifying solutions through : -         Maintaining timely and accurate records and data base entries relevant to the project -         Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. -         Any other task The goal is to ensure efficiency and add maximum value to the NISCVT Music Project impact
