Field Officer - South

Nawaya is currently seeking a field officer to conduct the following tasks:

-- Manages monthly youth recruitment in one assigned center (20 youth/month)
-- Organizes info sessions and offers support
-- Conducts youth assessments and interviews
-- Consolidates data and submits to regional field officer
-- Selects and enrolls qualified youth
-- Attends daily training sessions
-- Follows up with youth, resolves youth-related issues
-- Administers transportation fees and refreshments
-- Conducts evaluations of training and feeds back to regional officers
-- Prepares training space and ensures that all trainer needs and expectations are met
