Program Coordinator

The Nawaya Network is an NGO based in Beirut, Lebanon that develops the income-generating opportunities of youth through entrepreneurship, employability, and economic development programs.

We are seeking a Program Coordinator to fulfill the below tasks and responsibilities:

  • Assists in conducting MSMEs mapping and needs assessment in the Bekaa and South regions
  • Coordinates the rollout of all Nawaya-led day to day activities (training, coaching, incubation, peer support, employability and early-stage entrepreneurship) in collaboration with the field team and local partners.
  • Tracks activity timelines, venue booking, trainer deployments, procurement requests, and logistics.
  • Ensures smooth delivery of activities across Nabatieh, Sour, Baalbek, and Hermel.
  • Leads the inclusive outreach campaigns for MSME and youth participant recruitment using Nawaya’s protocols.
  • Liaises with municipalities, CSOs, schools, and community leaders to ensure broad access and transparency.
  • Ensures that outreach efforts reflect Nawaya’s gender equity and inclusion commitments.
  • Maintains accurate activity trackers, participant attendance, seed fund disbursement logs, and coaching schedules.
  • Ensures collection of supporting documents for payments, procurement, and donor compliance.
  • Inputs data into Nawaya’s MEAL and procurement systems and contributes to monthly internal progress reports.
  • Coordinates with Nawaya’s procurement and finance teams for seed funding and digital kits
  • Assists in planning and conducting field visits, focus group discussions, and follow-up with MSMEs and job seekers.
  • Supports data collection for impact monitoring (income increase, employment status, business formalization, etc.).
  • Works closely with the Employability and Entrepreneurship trainers and coaches and Field team to ensure smooth implementation of cross-cutting interventions.
  • Ensures that all M&E documents are delivered on time according to established schedules, and maintains effective and close communication with M&E Officers to report and explain any delays, missing data, discrepancies, etc. well in advance of M&E reporting deadlines
  • Coordinates with local partners and schools for the delivery of the youth entrepreneurship component.
  • Reports regularly to the Program Manager and escalates risks or delays promptly.
  • Networks and builds connections with stakeholders in the area that would support the various programs and help serve the online database of value chain actors, job fairs, Facebook group, and newsletter
  • Leads all Curricula development and ToT during the program
  • Implements any additional tasks as communicated by Program Manager and Director.

Education: 

Rural Development, Business degree - or Communication degree

Experience:

At least 5 years working experience in the field, preferably in the rural areas - Coaching experience is a plus.NGO Experience is a plus. Agriculture Experience is mandatory.
