Program Manager

The Nawaya Network is an NGO that develops the employability and entrepreneurial skills of underprivileged and marginalized youth.   One of the programs is called "Nawaya Impact Lab", in partnership with UNICEF, which trains unemployed Lebanese and refugee youth on how to generate innovative, income-generating solutions to problems in their communities.  To learn more, please visit: http://www.nawaya.org/impact-lab In 2016, Nawaya reached 650 youth from Lebanese, Syrian, and Palestinian backgrounds throughout the Beirut area.  In 2017, the aim is to reach 2,400 youth in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, and the South.   Nawaya will partner up with various NGOs in each region to reach hundreds of youth every month.  We are seeking a Program Manager to fulfill the following role: -- Manages and oversees full team of managers (Field, Training, Marketing, Accounting, Incubation) -- Achieves objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews -- Prepares and completes action plans -- Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements; prepares and monitors project budget -- Creates processes and procedures for different department functions to ensure proper output and deliverables -- Creates project management system and ensures deliverables of each department are achieved in a timely manner -- Establishes and maintains systematic work flow and streamlines operations -- Develops and maintains tools for proper communication between functions and departments -- Identifies gaps and weaknesses in operations and develops solutions in close coordination with team and Director
