Youth Recruitment Officer

  The Nawaya Network is an NGO that empowers disadvantaged youth by connecting them to resources that will help develop their talents and passions as a way out of poverty.  Via our interactive online platform on www.nawaya.org, we connect our youth to mentors, trainers, classes, material support, funding, and even internships and job opportunities.   We are seeking a Youth Recruitment Officer responsible for the following: Establish partnerships with NGOs and schools in Beirut and other regions of Lebanon for youth recruitment Meet with youth candidates and conduct thorough background assessment to determine eligibility to join Nawaya's program Recruit youth and enroll them in Nawaya on a monthly basis Establish partnerships with local businesses to enroll youth in activities and classes Coordinate with mentor program officer on mentor-mentee matches Follow up and monitor progress of all enrolled youth
