Digital Marketing and social media coordinator

The Digital Media Coordinator plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital Media strategies to enhance NO2TA’s online presence, brand visibility, and engagement with target audiences.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Implement a results-driven social media strategy for NO2TA

and its projects to achieve the organization main objectives;

  • Create and curate engaging content for digital channels, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Assist and follow up in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content;
  • Attend events and produce live social media content;
  • Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels
  • Interact with audience and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and

comments.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital Media initiatives using tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics, and email Media platforms.
  • Optimize digital Media strategies based on data insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Identify and contact key stakeholders and influencers to engage with;
  • Work with other colleagues engaged in NO2TA media work to ensure content

produced is informative and appealing and abides with the organization’s ethics

and visibility guidelines;

  • Compile and archive photos, videos, media coverage, and documentations of all

events and activities;

  • Prepare monthly and annual reports on social media reach of projects and the

organization;

  • The position holder may be required to undertake other duties that are broadly in line with the above key duties

 

Qualifications:

 

- Degree in Media, communications, or a related field.

 - Proven experience in digital Media, with a strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and tactics.

 - Proficiency in using digital Media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email Media software, etc.

 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.

 - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

 - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

 - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

  - Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

- Preferably to have knowledge in design and video editing.
