1. Provide administrative support to ensure that North LEDA operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
Main Activities:
Type correspondence, reports and other documents
Maintain office files
Open and distribute the mail
Take minutes at meetings
Distribute minutes
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
In charge of office cleanness and supplies.
2. Provide support to team members to ensure that they are provided with the resources to make effective decisions
Main Activities:
Maintain confidential records and files
Maintain records of decisions
Arrange for payment and collection
Research and assist with the preparation of motions, policies and procedures
Review and edit reports to the Board
Prepare correspondence for Board members
Prepare documents and reports on the computer
Schedule Board meetings
Type agendas for Board meeting\
Attend Board Meetings and Take MOMs.
3. Provide Receptionist Services
Greet and assist visitors
Answer phones
Direct calls and respond to inquiries
4. Other tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience
University Degree or Equivalent in Business or other related field.
Minimum 2 years office experience
IT Literate (Ms. Office)
Arabic, English and French Required
Interpersonal
Good interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with team members and clients/beneficiaries
Team player
Able to adapt to Agency policy improvements
Customer service or client relations experience
Quick response/accurate data entry skills
Local candidates, living in the North LEDA area of operation will be highly desirable.
