We request interested bidders to inform NCA about their intention to participate in this RFP in writing on the following email address: ncalebanonprocurement@nca.no
Upon receiving the email from interested bidders on the procurement email, NCA will send by email:

Interested Bidders can request Annex 2 financial proposal submission form template in excel by email.

How to Apply
The Bidder shall complete and submit the following documents:
- LEB-2025-034 Request for Proposal
- Annex 1: Technical Specifications and Requirements
- Annex 2: Financial Proposal Submission Form
- Annex 3: General Terms and Conditions for Works Contracts
- Annex 4: Code of Conduct for Contractors
- Annex 5: Bank Verification Form
The following documents shall in addition be submitted with the Request for Proposal:
- Valid 2025 Company Business Registration specialized in Engineering and Constructions.
- Valid contractor certificate grade A 2025
- Valid membership in the engineering syndicate for the lead engineer (s), submit proof of annual membership payment for 2025
- Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2025
- Company owner or company director ID/ Passport – official letter from the company stating name and ID of the owner(s), and name and ID of the company director(s)
- NCA site visits documents signed by both parties
- Signed and stamped letter of commitment to submit the work within 60 calendar days
Any other relevant information that should be made known to the Contracting Authority.
The sites visit will be on Monday 22 September 2025 at 11:00 hrs.
The sites visit will start at Haret Hreik, and moving on to Bourj Barajneh
The Deadline for request for any clarifications from the Contracting Authority will be on Wednesday 24 September 2025 at 15:00hrs.
The last date on which clarifications are issued by the Contracting Authority will be on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 15:00hrs.
