Norwegian Church Aid seeks a professional videographer to produce a short video of up to 2 minutes, along with 120 photographs including 15-high resolution edited photos suitable for printing, to highlight the key interventions of NCA in Lebanon and impact of its EDFS program. The videographer will capture a variety of program activities and participants to visually represent the achievements over 6 days (field trips).
The consultant should be ready and available to start the consultancy by the 3rd week of November 2025 and complete it by the 20th of December 2025.

Please refer to the attached Request for Proposal and Terms and References. The Services required by the Contracting Authority are described in the Terms of Reference – Page 9.
The proposal and all correspondence and documents related to the Request for Proposal exchanged by the Candidate and the Contracting Authority must be written in the language of the procedure, which is English.
The Financial Proposal shall be presented as an amount in <USD> in the Proposal Submission Form in Annex 2.
The proposed remuneration shall be quoted per day as per Annex 2 Proposal Submission Form.
VAT and/or any sales tax applicable to the purchase of services shall be indicated separately in the proposal.
Proposals must be received at the address mentioned on the front page in a sealed envelope not later than the closing date and time specified on the front page.

- Legal Envelope: Contains

- Annex 3: General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts signed and stamped by the Candidate
- Annex 4: Code of Conduct for Contractors signed and stamped by the Candidate
- Annex 5: Vendor Bank Verification Template signed and stamped
- Letter from the bank for confirmation of the bank account. It should be issued in 2025

- CV(s) of the individual(s) who will be responsible for the deliverables.
- A portfolio of previous relevant videography (preferably with subtitles) and photography projects (CD or USB)
- Financial Envelop: Contains only the financial proposal.
All envelopes must be tightly closed with the company's stamp on the envelope closing area.
Clarifications:
