PC2447 Vehicle Hire with Driver - Re-Announced

The Tenderer shall complete and submit the following documents with his/her tender:
• Invitation to Tender signed and stamped copy by the candidate
• Annex 1: Terms of Reference signed and stamped by the candidate
• Annex 2: Vehicle checklist (Technical Form) signed and stamped by the candidate
• Annex 3: Tender Submission Form signed and stamped by the candidate
• Annex 4: General Terms and Conditions for Service Contracts signed and stamped by the candidate
• Annex 5: Code of Conduct for Contractors signed and stamped by the candidate
• Annex 6: Vendor Bank Verification Template signed and stamped by the candidate
• Letter from the bank, stamped and signed by the bank, for confirmation of the business bank account details. It should be issued in 2026.
• Valid 2025 Company registration documents specialized in car rentals and services.
• A copy of the owner passport / ID
• Proof of ownership
• Vehicle legal registration documents
• Vehicle insurance documentation
• Commitment letter confirming that the driver will have a medical insurance in place.
• Commitment letter confirming that the Vehicle to be used based on unlimited Mileage inside the Country
• Driver CV / national ID
All the above documents are mandatory, and if not provided it will lead to the disqualification of the candidate

All tenders must be submitted in one sealed, stamped and signed envelope including Three envelopes: Envelope 1. legal, Envelope 2. technical, and Envelope 3. Financial.

The Legal Envelope contains all the required documents except for Annex 2 and Annex 3.
The Technical Envelope contains Annex 2: Vehicle checklist (Technical Form)
The Financial Envelope contains Annex 3: Tender Submission Form

No tender may be changed or withdrawn after the deadline has passed.
