Ambulance Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport Medical staff to the area of operations and at all-time respect traffic rules, regulations and speed limits.
• Work as an integrated part of an NPA clearance team  
• Conduct daily preventive maintenance for the ambulance (Every day check gasoline, oil, water, tires and when necessary perform minor repairs)
• Reporting any malfunctions of the vehicles to the assigned person responsible for maintenance.
• Take care of ambulance equipment in a proper way.
• At all times keep the ambulance clean, fully functional and presentable
• Handles ambulance service requests to make sure that the fleet is checked and maintained regularly and provide them to Logistics.
• Keep proper filing and update regularly ambulance related documents.
• Follow up on fleet mandatory and all risks insurance and make sure that the ambulance insurance policies are always up to date.
• Make sure that preventive maintenance is conducted to NPA fleet.
• Follow-up with vehicles maintenance technicians when fixing the ambulance
• Performing any other duties related to the job as may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.
• High degree of attention is required to secure the safety of others and prevent damage to vehicles when driving on public roads.
•  Valid driving license.
