Responsibilities
- Provide technical backup, from a medical perspective, for field activities, as required.
- Perform daily control of ambulance and medical equipment and ensure that ambulance is ready at all times
- Assist the Medical Coordinator in maintaining reporting mechanisms and producing proper records and reports on all aspects of medical activities according to the demands of Lebanon Mine Action Center.
- Continuously check field Team members’ fitness for fieldwork.
- The Paramedics are to be able to carry out their duties in the manner devised in training. This includes being correctly dressed at all times and that they have the appropriate equipment available. They are to be certified in accordance with all applicable requirements of Lebanon Mine Action Center.
- They are ultimately responsible for their own safety and welfare and they are to ensure that they are adequately equipped and briefed before starting work.
- They are to be active in encouraging and facilitating the flow of information upwards from working teams to manage.
- Plan and execute casevac exercises together with Site Supervisor, Medical Coordinator, and Operations Cell.
- The Paramedic shall always be present and alert at the team/ambulance during working hours.
- The Paramedic is responsible to administer the Visitors Log in the Task Dosier and register all visitors to the site.
- Attend compulsory training courses
- Is encouraged to provide any suggestions on medical equipment used and improvements to the medical bag.
- Report fit and on time for work

Comments:
- You will be part of a multi-task Team and you will be working closely with Team Leader, Site Supervisor and Medical Coordinator.
- You will receive a Paramedic training.
- You will be accredited, if successful, by the Lebanon Mine Action Centre (LMAC).
- Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Driving license is a must
- Working hours: 7 am to 15 pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Transportation home-office-home is not security by NPA. LBP 8000 will paid for each working day
- Benefits: Salary + registration at NSSF + insurance (Co-NSSF) + 21 days annual leave
- Deductions: Income Tax + 3% of salary for NSSF
