Request For Quotation: Layout Design For Youth Study

  1-    About NPA Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) is a humanitarian organization rooted in the Norwegian Labor Movement. We work with International Development Partnerships, Humanitarian Disarmament, Rescue Service and First Aid, and Asylum and Integration. NPA works in 39 countries around the world and has more than 12000 members in Norway and 2400 staff worldwide. NPA Lebanon is currently implementing Development, Humanitarian Assistance, and Humanitarian Disarmament Projects throughout Lebanon, including the Palestinian camps and gatherings.   2-    Background NPA contracted consultants to produce a study to identify marginalization and exploitation processes among young Palestinians in Lebanon and derive recommendations for solutions that may improve the situation for the target group within the socio/political context. Following the completion of the study, NPA plans to produce printed version of it, in English and Arabic, in order to distribute over concerned stakeholders.   3-    Services to be Provided NPA Lebanon is announcing a request for quotations for designing a layout for a 72-pages study, in English and Arabic, in order to be printed and circulated. The deliverables of this service should include: -          A minimum of 2 samples of layout designs from which NPA can select from. NPA reserves the right to request additional sample designs if required. -          A completed layout design of the study in PDF and ready-to-print formats. -          Harmonization of the font and text in the document. -          Including a number of high resolution photos that suits the content of the study   4-    Contract Period  Dates Action 25 September 2017 –1 October 2017 Submission of quotations 2 October 2017 –  4 October 2017 Scanning of quotations and meeting applicants 6 October 2017 Agreement signature 6 October 2017 – 11 October 2017 Submission of samples 11 October 2017 – 20 October 2017 Implementation of the design 20 October 2017 Submission of the finalized design   Periodical meetings will take place between NPA focal point and the consultant during the period of the project.
