The Norwegian red cross is seeking the services of Accommodation with Breakfast, Coffee Breaks (2) and Lunch, Meeting Venue and Transportation services From/To Airport/Hotel for their Cash in Emergencies Practical Training that will be held in Istanbul – Turkey, European Side, Close or in City Center.

How to Apply

The following instructions are important and must be adhered to carefully. Failure to follow the instructions may lead to disqualification.

 

  1. The proposal shall be submitted with the following attachments:
    • Annex 1 General Terms & Conditions for Services – signed and stamped
    • Annex 2 Supplier Registration Form – filled and signed + audited financial statements  
    • Annex 3 Pricing Template – Filled, signed and stamped
    • Request for Proposal Template – Signed and Stamped
    • Annex 4 Detailed Training Plan – Signed and Stamped
  2. The proposals should be submitted to the email Tender.mena@redcross.no
  3. No other Norwegian red cross email shall be in Cc or Bcc. 
  4. Failure to follow instructions may lead to disqualification.
