Call for Tender: External Auditing Services Long Term Agreement 22 BEI 0007

About The Tender 

The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is looking forward to sign an agreement with an Auditing company that would Audit its Financial Statements in Lebanon Country Office and express a professional opinion on the overall financial position of NRC Lebanon and of the funds received and expenditures incurred for the full fiscal year as well as for the duration of specific grant agreements. 

Eligible Vendors Minimum Requirements: 

• The bidder shall have and share a copy of his  Valid registration with LACPA in Lebanon, Company registration, VAT Registration, and Commercial Circular (maximum 1 year old) 
• The bidder shall have Working experience with international INGOs  
• The bidder should quote for all lots. 
• Timeframes for availability for annual and projects audits as per the tender documents 
• Bidders Team structure: Team Structure and Capacity (minimum number of staff that must be assigned to work on NRC’s Contract) 

1. A Managing Director with the diploma of Chartered Accountant and having at least 8 years of experience in financial auditing and having a good knowledge of the projects financed by international donors. He / she must also be entered on the role of a recognized order of chartered accountants; 
2. Audit Manager with the accounting degree. He must have at least 8 years’ experience in the financial and accounting audit of development projects and programs  
3. A Senior Auditor or senior accountant with an accounting degree. He must have at least 10 years’ experience in financial and accounting audit of development projects and programs. 
4. An Assistant Auditor or accountant with also an accounting degree. He must have at least 3 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial management.
