TENDER DOCUMENTS

The Tender Pack that includes the  “ITB” documents along with other related annexes will provide all relevant information in details, bill of quantities, scope of work, date, time, and the work sites. It also detail the bidding process, date and place of submission of the Tender, and can be requested until the closing date of requesting tender documents by sending an email mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: lb.procurement@nrc.no

ELIGIBILE BIDDERS

Eligible bidders are:

Lebanese Contractors classified as First-Class or Second-Class Contractor – Buildings and Civil Works with the Ministry of Public Works for Shelter Rehabilitation Project

Required Experience:

At least two successfully handed over projects similar in nature and complexity as the prime contractor of minimum combined value ranges from 500k to one million U.S. dollars in the last five years.

TENDER PROCESS and SUBMISSION.

All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:

NRC Beirut Office, Finance Dpt. 10th flr. Weavers Center, Clemenceau, Beirut, Lebanon.

Interested Contractors must attend the mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting that will be facilitated by NRC via a video call conference. Details of the meeting will be shared in the ITB.

CLOSING DATE:

• Closing date for requesting the Tender Pack is September 03, at 10:00 AM.
• Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all interested contractors is on September 03, at 2:00 PM.
• Closing date for submitting bids is September 09, 2020 at 12:00 PM.

All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

Works are expected to start mid-September, 2020.
