Lebanon Humanitarian INGO Forum (LHIF) hosted by the Norwegian Refugee Council is a network of 47 international NGOs who are working to address the needs of refugees from Syria and vulnerable Lebanese and Palestinian communities throughout Lebanon.
LHIF, funded by SIDA (Swedish Int. Development Cooperation Agency), is seeking the services of a consultant (or team of consultants) to produce communication products in form of eye-catching briefings that highlight the findings of members’ programmes (Eg. through protection monitoring), LHIF research and policy positions relating to the protection environment.
This consultancy should be completed before December 17, 2018.

HOW TO APPLY
For interested bidders “RFQ” documents must be requested by sending a letter of interest mentioning the title of the consultancy, company details and contact person to the E-mail address below otherwise submitted bids will not be considered:
The “RFQ” documents will provide all relevant information in details, Pricing table, TOR, date, time of the submission of Tender
Closing date for requesting tender documents is November 9 at 00:00 (24hrs) Beirut Time (GMT+3). All requests after that date will not be considered.
SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the tender is 14 November 2018 at 13:00 Beirut Time (GMT+3). All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
