INVITATION TO TENDER
The Norwegian Refugee Council is seeking to establish for 2018-2019, a Public Liability Insurance Policy for its Community Centers and an Additional Umbrella Insurance to insure NRC beneficiaries including Children, Youth, Adolescence, and Adults both Males and Females whilst travelling to and from the Community Centers, Learning centers, public schools, public areas, field trips, and during the performance of the activities as part of our Program Implementations in different areas in Lebanon.

TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information. The ITB can be requested until the closing date of the tender by sending an e-mail showing interest in applying mentioning the company details and contact person to the E-mail address: lb.procurement1@nrc.no.
Closing date for submitting your offer is October 8th, 2018 at 15:00.
A Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at NRC offices on the 28th of September at 10:00 A.M. to explain NRC’s programming and what is needed in the insurance.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
