INVITATION TO TENDER
NRC is seeking to establish a framework agreement with Hygiene Kit suppliers for the supply hygiene kits in Lebanon, specifically in the Bekaa, Beirut, South and North Region. The provision of the hygiene kits will be part of one of NRC projects implemented in different areas across Lebanon.

TENDER DOCUMENTS
The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information in details, scope of work, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested by email.
The tender documents should be requested by emailing: lb.procurement1@nrc.no stating the name of the company and contact details requesting the tender dossier.
TENDER PROCESS.
Closing date for requesting tender documents is 01/11/2021.
The Bidder must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting organized by NRC to obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the bid and entering into a contract for supply of hygiene kits. The pre-bid meeting will be held on zoom and a link will be shared with the interested bidders prior to the set date on the 5th of November 2021. You have time till the 3rd of November 2021 to share with us your questions that we will be answering in the pre-bid meeting.
Any submitted bidding documents where the bidder did not attend the pre-bid meeting, will be automatically excluded.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers in person and not by email in a sealed envelope to:
NRC Beirut Office, Beirut, Clemenceau, Weavers Center, 10th Floor.
Closing date for submitting the tender is 15th of November 2021 at 12:00 Noon. All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
