TENDER PURPOSE:
Funded by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA), the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) has undertaken a project to rehabilitate the old, elevated water tank located in Al Qasmiyeh Palestinian gathering in South Lebanon. This water tank plays a vital role in supplying water to the Palestinian population residing in the lower part of the Al Qasmiyeh gathering.
ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible bidders are:
Companies registered in the Ministry of Finance where a copy of the Commercial /VAT / Ministry of Finance registrations is to be provided with bidding documents.
Required Experience: At least five successfully handed over projects similar in nature and complexity as the prime contractor in the last five years.

Any request for clarification must be received by NRC in writing to lb.south.procurement@nrc.no at least 3 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders. NRC will reply to all registered bidders at least 2 working days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
MANNER OF SUBMISSION:
NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the above submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
All interested and eligible firms are requested to submit their offers via eTB system (NRC e-tendering website).
Please submit your bid by uploading all files to the e-tender box website - the link is included in the file named as “0_LINK TO UPLOAD BID.pdf “, which you downloaded together with this tender package.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in separate designated fields, otherwise, your offer will be disqualified.
