INVITATION TO TENDER
1. Tender Purpose:
NRC is seeking to procure and deliver 2900 sealing off kits materials to the Bekaa valley. Materials to be supplied:
Lot A – High Density Tarpaulin
Lot B – Timber (wooden boards and plywood).
Lot C – Hardware (Screws, nails, hinges)
2. Tender Documents:
The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information in details, including BOQ, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested from 3 till 22nd of August either:
BY email From the e-mail addresses: Mohamad Zeinedine (mohamad.zeinedine@nrc.no) AND Shadi Al Hawwash (shadi.alhawwash@nrc.no).
Or bidders can pick-up in person the “ITB” documents from Logistics Department of NRC Beirut office (Ain el-Mreisseh, Kennedy street, Ayad Building 1st floor) from 8:00AM to 2:00PM, noting that the closing date for the tender is Friday 26th of August 2016 at 2:00 PM hours(Beirut Time).
All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.
