INVITATION FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST NRC funded by the Government of Norway through the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) is seeking to engage contractors to equip a potable water supply borehole in Markabta, Northern Lebanon.
