INVITATION TO TENDER NRC funded by the Governments of Norway is seeking to engage contractors to provide construction materials delivered into Nahr el Bared camp. TENDER DOCUMENTS The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information in details, bill of quantities, scope of work, date, time, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested by email.
