Agriculture Educator -Nabatieh

The educator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting Greenhouse, Hydroponics, Composting, and Mushrooms Cultivation agriculture. Which requires practical experience in facilitating Greenhouse, Hydroponics, Composting, and Mushrooms Cultivation agriculture workshops and training for at least two years. Preferably previous experience in vocational training and youth programs with basic computer skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

1. To develop and deliver course plans as coordinated with the supervisor.
2. prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress reports, adhering to quality standards.
3. To cooperate and work closely with another facilitator to improve delivery and ensure a smooth work process.
4. To Track students’ progress, and attendance, and prepare backup plans for students facing challenges and dropouts.
5. Prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.
6. To support promoting youth programs through outreach activities.
7. To make sure that all occupational safety procedures are followed by the students.
8. To guide students at the apprenticeship level: project design and delivery, following quality standards, and utilize
9. available recourse

Requirements:

1. Agricultural Engineer
2. Very good communication skills
3. Ability to conduct online learning sessions.
4. Experience working with youth vocational programs.
5. Problem-solving and planning skills.
6. Ability to facilitate vocational workshops effectively and efficiently.
7. Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level)
8. Able to provide occupational instruction in
9. Greenhouse, Hydroponics, and Soilless agriculture theory and practical
10. application to youth between 18-30 years old
