Emergency Response Field Officer

The Field Officers will be directly responsible for outreach field activities that are part of the Emergency Response implemented in Beirut, including reaching out to the potential beneficiaries living in the area, promoting NRC activities, liaising with other stakeholders operating in the targeted neighbourhoods and supporting community-led initiatives geared towards the rehabilitation of the area, identify, document and process emergency cash for protection assistance, identify internal and external referrals. The Field Officers will work closely with technical staff from the four core competencies on service delivery, ensuring continued communication with the target group. The Field Officers will also manage the Information Focal Points (IFPs) present in the various neighborhoods and will ensure needs voiced by the community are considered in the design of the various interventions.

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a similar/related field

Experience working as an outreach/protection staff

Strong communication skills

Fluent Arabic and English, both written and spoken
