Office Keeper

These attitudes and believes shall guide our actions and relationships.  1.      Role and responsibilities The following is a brief description of the role: Generic responsibilities Be Present from Monday to Friday, 08h00 until 16h30 الحضور من الاثنين الى الجمعة من الثامنة و حتى الرابعة و النصف Clean the offices, meeting rooms, washrooms/WC, kitchen and other common areas تنظيف المكاتب، غرف الاجتماعات، الحمامات و المطبخ و الاقسام الاخرى Ensure compliance with NRC procedures and policiesالتقيد بانظمة و قواعد المجلس النروجي للاجئين Ensure that washrooms are properly stocked with wash requirementsالتاكد من احتواء الحمامات على جميع المواد المطلوبة Dust and polish furniture, windows, doors and equipmentمسح الغبار، تنظيف الشبابيك، الابواب و المعدات   Empty waste paper baskets, dustbins and shredding machinesتنظيف سلات المهملات  وغيرها Prepare and serve tea and coffee to NRC staff and visitorsتحضير القهوة و الشاي و التقديم للزوار و الموظفين Report any relevant gaps, damages and breakages to line managerرفع تقرير عن اي نواقص، تضررات الى المسؤول المباشر Follow up, order and storage cleaning and kitchen supplies متابعة و طلب و تخزين المواد الاساسية للمطبخ و المكتب Critical interfaces By interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons. Relevant interfaces for this position are: Work closely with Administration in regards to ordering and stocking kitchen supplies Works with maintenance on office maintenance needs 2.      Competencies Competencies are important in order for the employee and the organisation to deliver desired results. They are relevant for all staff and are divided into the following two categories: 1. Professional competencies These are skills, knowledge and experience that are important for effective performance. Generic professional competencies for this position: Experience from working as a Cleaner in a humanitarian/recovery context Previous experience from working in complex and volatile contexts Context related skills, knowledge and experience (shall be adapted to the specific position): Basic knowledge of English Presentable and organized 2. Behavioural competencies (max 6) These are personal qualities that influence how successful people are in their job.
