Generic Responsibilities (max 10)
These responsibilities shall be the same for all positions with the same title. The responsibilities shall be short and essential. Details belong in the Work- and Professional Development Plan.
Ensure compliance with NRC procedures and policies
Keep the NRC offices clean and organized
Welcome and greet visitors and guide them through the office
Prepare and serve tea and coffee to NRC staff and visitors
Report any relevant gaps, damages and breakages in office to line manager
Ensure proper follow up and effective and economic use of kitchen supplies
Report needed Kitchen and office supplies/office Maintenance needs as per need
Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus and type of programme intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly
Clean the offices, meeting rooms, washrooms/WC, kitchen and balconies
Ensure that washrooms are properly stocked with wash requirements
Dust and polish furniture, windows, doors and equipment
Empty waste paper baskets, dustbins and shredding machines
Keep the storage rooms (stationeries, supplies, …) clean and organized
Critical interfaces
By interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons. Relevant interfaces for this position are:
Work closely with Admin on supplies and Maintenance issues
Liaise with staff on the schedule for cleaning their offices
