Soap-Making Educator - بعلبك - مدرب صناعة الصابون

The facilitator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting soap-making courses in two educational levels simultaneously: 1) skills acquisition 2) skills practice: 

1. To develop and deliver course plans as coordinated with the supervisor.
2. To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards.
3. To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitator to improve delivery and ensure smooth work process.
4. To Track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans for students facing challenges and drop outs.
5. To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.   
6. To support in promoting for the youth program through outreach activities.
7. To make sure that all occupational safety procedures are followed by the students.
8. To guide students in apprenticeship level: project design and delivery, following quality standards, and utilize available recourse.    

Requirements:

Practical experience in facilitating soap-making workshops and training for at least two years. Preferably previous experience in vocational training and youth programs with basic computer skills and knowledge.

Ideal Candidate:

• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to conduct online learning sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Bio-Chemistry, pharmacy or any relevant field
• Experience working with youth vocational programs.
• Problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to facilitate vocational workshops effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to use computer and Microsoft office (basic to intermediate level)
• Able to provide occupational instruction in soap-making theory and practical application to youth between 15-30 years old

 تولي مسؤولية تخطيط وتدريب دورات صناعة الصابون للمستوى التدريبي الأساسي والمستوى التطبيقي معا، ضمن المهام الرئيسية الأتيةً:

1. إعداد خطة المادة بالتنسيق مع المشرف وتنفيذها لجميع المستويات التعليمية.
2. إعداد تقارير وخطط عمل أسبوعية/شهرية بناء على معايير الجودة للتعليم المهني.
3. التنسيق والعمل مع مدربي المواد الأخرى لتحسين الأداء وضمان سلاسة العمل بين الفرق المختلفة.  
4. إعداد أدوات التقييم النظري والعملي وأوراق العمل بالإضافة الى خطط الأنشطة حسب الاتفاق مع المشرف.
5. متابعة حضور الطلبة وتطور أدائهم التعليمي، بالإضافة لإعداد خطط دعم تساعد في رفع مستوى الطلبة.
6. المساهمة في عملية الترويج لبرنامج الشباب من خلال استقطاب الطلبة والأنشطة المختلفة.
7. التأكد من اتباع اجراءات السلامة المهنية داخل الغرفة الصفية، ومتابعة تنفيذ الطلبة لها.
8.   تقديم التوجيه والدعم للطلبة في المستوى التطبيقي خلال تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة

المؤهلات:

خبرة عملية في تدريب وتيسير أعمال صناعة الصابون لا تقل عن سنتين. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في التدريب المهني وبرامج الشباب التعليمية ويجيد استخدام الحاسوب.

• يمتلك مهارات تواصل جيدة جداً.
• القدرة على اجراء جلسات تعليمية عبر الانترنت.
• يمتلك مهارات التخطيط وحل المشكلات.
• خبرة في العمل في برامج تعليم الشباب.
• القدرة على تيسير دورات تعليم مهني بكفاءة وفعالية.
• القدرة على استخدام الحاسوب والعمل على برامج Microsoft Office  (مهارة متوسطة)
• القدرة على تقديم الدعم والتوجيه الفني فيما يخص التطبيق العملي والنظري لكيفية صناعة الصابون -للشباب ضمن الفئة العمرية 15-30.
