Tiling Trainer - مدرب أعمال التبليط

Activities/TOR

The facilitator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting Tiling courses;      

• Able to teach how to inspect surfaces to be tiled.
• Able to providing quotes and estimates (e.g. number of tiles and quantities of materials required, installation time)
• Able to teach the surface preparation work (e.g. removing old grout and cement and cleaning and levelling surfaces)
• Able to lay tiles in accordance with tiling plan, cutting tiles where necessary
• Able to teach the methodology of wall and floor tiling and skirting and thresholds (backfill, installing spacers between tiles, grouting…)
• Able to teach how to level the tiles (slopping) to prevent accumulation of water.
• Able to teach how to apply waterproof putty to stop water leakage.
• Able to teach the methodology of  installing kitchen sinks(demolishing of existing sink, installing supports, grouting)
• Able to teach trainees the methodology of adhesive tiling.
• Good knowledge in different types of tiles and the brands available in the Lebanese market.
• To develop and deliver course plans as coordinated with the supervisor.
• To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards.
• To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitator to improve delivery and ensure smooth work process.
• To Track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans for students facing challenges and drop outs.
• To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.   
• To support in promoting for the youth program through outreach activities.
• To make sure that all occupational safety procedures are followed by the students.
• To guide students in apprenticeship level: project design and delivery, following quality standards, and utilize available recourse.

Requirements

Practical experience in facilitating tiling workshops and training for at least two years. Preferably previous experience in vocational training and youth programs with basic computer skills and knowledge.

Ideal candidate

• Experience working with youth education programs.
• Problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to facilitate vocational workshops effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to use computer and Microsoft office (basic to intermediate level)
• Able to provide occupational instruction in tiling theory and practical application to youth between 18-30 years old
• Excellent technical skills
• Very good communication skills.

تولي مسؤولية تخطيط وتدريب دورات تبليط للمستوى التعليمي الأساسي و المستوى التطبيقي معا، ضمن المهام الرئيسية الأتيةً:

وصف للأنشطة المحددة/البنود المرجعية:

• القدرة على تعليم كيفية فحص الأسطح المراد تبليطها
• القدرة على تقديم التقديرات (مثل عدد البلاط وكميات المواد المطلوبة ، ووقت التثبيت)
• القدرة على تعليم أعمال تحضير السطح (مثل إزالة البلاط القديم والأسمنت وتنظيف وتسوية الأسطح)
• القدرة على وضع البلاط وفقا لخطة التبليط ، وقطع البلاط عند الضرورة.
• قادر على تعليم منهجية تبليط الجدران والأرضيات والحواف والعتبات (الردم ، وتركيب الفواصل بين البلاط ، والترابة البيضاء ...)
• قادر على تعليم كيفية تسريد البلاط لمنع تراكم المياه.
• قادر على تعليم كيفية وضع مواد عزل للماء لوقف تسرب المياه.
• قادر على تعليم منهجية تركيب مجالي المطبخ (هدم الحوض الموجود ، تركيب الدعامات ، و وضع الترابة البيضاء
• قادر على تعليم كيفية تلصيق البلاط.
• معرفة جيدة بأنواع البلاط المختلفة والعلامات التجارية المتوفرة في السوق اللبناني.
• إعداد خطة المادة بالتنسيق مع المشرف وتنفيذها لجميع المستويات التعليمية.
• إعداد تقارير وخطط عمل أسبوعية/شهرية بناء على معايير الجودة للتعليم المهني.
• التنسيق والعمل مع مدربي المواد الأخرى لتحسين الأداء وضمان سلاسة العمل بين الفرق المختلفة.  
• إعداد أدوات التقييم النظري والعملي وأوراق العمل بالإضافة الى خطط الأنشطة حسب الاتفاق مع المشرف.
• متابعة حضور الطلبة وتطور أدائهم التعليمي، بالإضافة لإعداد خطط دعم تساعد في رفع مستوى الطلبة.
• المساهمة في عملية الترويج لبرنامج الشباب من خلال استقطاب الطلبة والأنشطة المختلفة.
• التأكد من اتباع اجراءات السلامة المهنية داخل الغرفة الصفية، ومتابعة تنفيذ الطلبة لها.
• تقديم التوجيه والدعم للطلبة في المستوى التطبيقي خلال تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والإستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. 

:المؤهلات

خبرة عملية في التدريب والتيسير على أعمال التبليط لا تقل عن سنتين. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في التدريب المهني وبرامج الشباب التعليمية ويجيد استخدام الحاسوب.
