Waterproofing Trainer - مدرب مهارات وأعمال عزل المياه

Activities/TOR

The facilitator will handle the responsibility of planning and conducting waterproofing courses;      

• Ability to teach how to clean and prepare surfaces for application of sealants or other waterproofing materials
• Ability to teach how to inspect roofs and other structures to identify leaks or damage that may require repair before applying a waterproofing product.
• To teach how to apply angles fillets and skirting on adjacent walls.
• To explain the number of coats needed (primer coat and PU coats) based on the roof conditions.
• To teach the methodology for installing SBS membranes (removal of existing membrane if available, applying primer coat, heating waterproofing membranes and metal flushing).
• Ability to teach the methodology for minor cracks’ repair.
• To have the knowledge and teach the different types of waterproofing and their specific material based on the available brands in the Lebanese market.
• Ability to apply waterproofing materials to structures such as roofs, concrete slabs, foundations, walls, or decks
• Ability to teach how to inspect the material after installation to ensure that it was applied correctly.
• To develop and deliver course plans as coordinated with the supervisor.
• To prepare weekly/monthly work plans and progress report, adhering to quality standards.
• To cooperate and to work closely with other facilitator to improve delivery and ensure smooth work process.
• To Track students’ progress, attendance, and prepare back-up plans for students facing challenges and drop outs.
• To prepare tests, worksheets, and other activities as delegated by the supervisor.   
• To support in promoting for the youth program through outreach activities.
• To make sure that all occupational safety procedures are followed by the students.
• To guide students in apprenticeship level: project design and delivery, following quality standards, and utilize available recourse.

  Requirements

  Practical experience in facilitating waterproofing workshops and training for at least two years. Preferably previous experience in vocational training and youth programs with basic computer skills and knowledge.

  Ideal candidate

• Ability to facilitate vocational workshops effectively and efficiently.
• Ability to use computer and Microsoft office (basic to intermediate level)
• Able to provide occupational instruction in tiling theory and practical application to youth between 18-30 years old    

وصف للأنشطة المحددة/البنود المرجعية:

 تولي مسؤولية تخطيط وتدريب دورات عزل المياه للمستوى التعليمي الأساسي و المستوى التطبيقي معا، ضمن المهام الرئيسية الأتيةً:

• القدرة على تعليم كيفية تنظيف وتجهيز الأسطح لتطبيق مواد منع التسرب أو غيرها من مواد العزل المائي.
• القدرة على تعليم كيفية فحص الأسطح وغيرها من الهياكل لتحديد التسربات أو الأضرار التي قد تتطلب الإصلاح قبل تطبيق منتج مانع لتسرب المياه.
• القدرة على تعليم كيفية وضع الكعكة و عزل الجدران المحيطة.
• لشرح عدد  اوجه العزل المطلوبة (الدهان التمهيدي ومعاطف البولي يوريثان) بناءً على ظروف السقف.
• لتعليم منهجية تركيب عاول من زفت (إزالة الطبقة الموجودة إذا كان متاحًا ، ووضع طبقة التمهيدي ، و ووضع طبقات الزفت).
• القدرة على تعليم كيفية فحص الأسطح وغيرها من الهياكل لتحديد التسربات أو الأضرار التي قد تتطلب الإصلاح قبل تطبيق اعمال منع تسرب  المياه.
• القدرة على تعليم منهجية إصلاح الشقوق الطفيفة.
• معرفة وتعليم الأنواع المختلفة من العزل المائي والمواد الخاصة بها بناءً على العلامات التجارية المتوفرة في السوق اللبنانية.
• القدرة على تطبيق مواد العزل المائي على الأسقف أو الألواح الخرسانية أو الأساسات او الجدران.
• القدرة على تعليم كيفية فحص المواد بعد انهاء العمل للتأكد من دقة وصحة العمل .
• إعداد خطة المادة بالتنسيق مع المشرف وتنفيذها لجميع المستويات التعليمية.
• إعداد تقارير وخطط عمل أسبوعية/شهرية بناء على معايير الجودة للتعليم المهني.
• التنسيق والعمل مع مدربي المواد الأخرى لتحسين الأداء وضمان سلاسة العمل بين الفرق المختلفة.  
• إعداد أدوات التقييم النظري والعملي وأوراق العمل بالإضافة الى خطط الأنشطة حسب الاتفاق مع المشرف.
• متابعة حضور الطلبة وتطور أدائهم التعليمي، بالإضافة لإعداد خطط دعم تساعد في رفع مستوى الطلبة.
• المساهمة في عملية الترويج لبرنامج الشباب من خلال استقطاب الطلبة والأنشطة المختلفة.
• التأكد من اتباع اجراءات السلامة المهنية داخل الغرفة الصفية، ومتابعة تنفيذ الطلبة لها.
• تقديم التوجيه والدعم للطلبة في المستوى التطبيقي خلال تصميم وتنفيذ المشاريع بما يتوافق مع معايير الجودة والإستخدام الأمثل للموارد المتاحة. 

المؤهلات

خبرة عملية في التدريب والتيسير على أعمال عزل المياه لا تقل عن سنتين. يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في التدريب المهني وبرامج الشباب التعليمية ويجيد استخدام الحاسوب.

• القدرة على تقديم الدعم والتوجيه الفني فيما يخص التطبيق العملي للمادة النظرية للشباب ضمن الفئة العمرية 18-30.
