Identification of Community Kitchen/Caterer for Meal Preparation and Delivery in Lebanon

Nusaned is a non-governmental organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities across Lebanon. As part of its humanitarian response, Nusaned seeks to contract qualified and licensed kitchens to supply and deliver hot and cold meals to displaced individuals residing in collective shelters throughout Lebanon.

This call does not imply any immediate commitment but seeks to establish a roster of eligible partners that may be contacted as needs arise.

1. Objective of the Tender

The objective of this tender is to identify service providers capable of preparing, packaging, and delivering safe and nutritious meals on a daily basis, with the ability to rapidly scale up production during emergencies.

Due to the large number of emails and applications received, this call may be closed earlier once the required number of suppliers has been reached.

Community kitchens and caterers may be assessed during the application period while the call is still open.

This call does not constitute any obligation on Nusaned to engage or contract with any applicant.

The purpose of this call is solely to identify community kitchens and caterers capable of preparing meals within the areas where Nusaned operates

Nusaned encourages suppliers to provide environmentally sustainable products, minimize packaging, and reduce transportation-related emissions. Preference may be given to locally sourced, recycled, or eco-friendly materials when technically compliant
