Installation of Solar System for Well - Bebnine - Akkar

Nusaned is  seeking qualified and experienced vendors to supply, install, and commission a solar power system for an artesian water well located in [Akkar Bebnine]. The system should be capable of powering a submersible pump and associated control systems, ensuring reliable water extraction and delivery for community or agricultural use.

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

• Engineering design (sizing and system layout)
• Supply and delivery of all equipment and materials
• Installation and commissioning of the full solar power system
• Provision of warranty and after-sales support

Bonus Points (optional) – Up to 10% additional score will be granted to bidders who submit a separate proposal for delivering a training on solar system installation for local community or technicians.

4. Mandatory Requirements

Bidders must submit the following documents and comply with these conditions:

• Valid company registration and tax identification documents
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in implementing similar solar water pumping systems – include at least 2 references or project reports
• Manufacturer’s datasheets for proposed equipment
• Warranty terms
• Detailed implementation timeline (installation must be completed within 3-4 days
• Compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards
• Signed and stamped RFQ acknowledgement form (template attached)

5. Submission Content Guidelines

Technical Offer must include:

• Company profile and relevant project experience
• Proposed system design (preliminary sizing, layout, specifications)
• Equipment datasheets (panels, inverters, controllers, batteries if any, pump system)
• Workplan and delivery schedule
• Warranty and after-sales service approach
• Optional: Proposal for training program

Financial Offer must include:

• Detailed bill of quantities (BoQ) with unit and total prices
• Prices must be valid for 60 days
• All taxes, duties, delivery, and installation costs must be included
