The application developer and IT Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s digital applications and surveys. He/she will also monitor and maintain the organization’s computer systems and networks, install, and configure hardware and software, and provide technical support to ensure that the whole company is running smoothly.
Detailed Job Description
Present ideas for product improvements while continuously reviewing current applications and products.
Maintain the applications, surveys, and dashboards once they are up and running.
Gather and evaluate user feedback through exporting the data and organizing it depending on each project needs.
Configure and is well acquainted with the organization’s existing Products ( ERP Dynamics 365 Navision system, Survey123, google surveys, Webapp Builder, and Dashboards).
Identify application services and technical risks through continuous testing and evaluation while subsequently ensuring areas of program modification and development.
Interact with computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to configure programs, write software’s, set up functions, data entry, process information, and handle hardware problems.
Develop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or software.
Create new email accounts and signatures for new users.
Recommend and execute improvements when needed.
Generate reports from the system and existing products based on certain criteria.
Write and implement efficient codes.
Perform any additional tasks, when requested by the Head of operations.

Collaborates and Works with: Executive director, Program heads, Supply Chain, HR, MEAL, Projects Managers Field officers, and Communication.
Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
Master’s degree in related fields is a plus.
Good mathematical and problem-solving skills.
Proven 2 years’ of experience as a software or application developer or IIT Support Technician.
Knowledge of coding languages (C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML) and frameworks/systems (Angular 11, ArcGIS JavaScript API 4.x) is a MUST.
Knowledge of Database management system software, Database user interface and query software, Development environment software (Preferred), Operating system software, and Web platform development software.
Familiarity with databases (MSSQL).
Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
Keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrate strong English and Arabic oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and high level of constructive attitude and proactivity.
